The feeling of relief comes when escaping a disaster is the focus of the dream. This movement shows that you possess the instinct to find a way through a crisis, which lightens the weight of the initial shock.
If you find yourself preparing for disaster, the dream shifts from being overwhelmed to being ready. This movement shows that you are already gathering what you need to stand your ground.
Kyle BrightInterpreter interprets your dreams
Worn out, on edge, stuck, lighter than usual. A dream nearly always starts with one of those, my friend, and the pictures come after. Whatever you saw at night is mostly what you were already feeling with the sound turned up. Which helps, because a feeling with a name is a lot easier to carry than one without. So find the feeling first. The rest tends to follow.
