Dream about being attacked by a spirit

A deep dread is what you feel when being attacked by a spirit in a dream, my friend. This sense of being under a heavy, unseen weight shows that something is pressing against your inner life without you having any way to shield yourself. This feeling of being caught in a storm you cannot see or touch is not a permanent state, and it will not stay this way.

You have earned the right to stand your ground by recognizing this pressure. Try to find one small area of your life where you can speak your truth today. This dream of a spirit is a sign that your inner strength is being tested by things that feel far beyond your control.

The feeling of being silenced is what a dream of being strangled or choked by a spirit adds to this weight. When the pressure stops your very breath, it shows that you are struggling to express what is vital to you because of an outside force.

When you find yourself being attacked by spirits in a dream, the feeling of dread becomes much more scattered and difficult to face. This makes the sense of being unprotected feel even more intense because the pressure is coming from many directions at once.

Being held down by a spirit in a dream shows that you feel your power to act is being crushed. This specific weight shows that your ability to move forward is being crushed, making it hard to find your own way.
