Kyle BrightYou feel the weight of your own roots in the dream of digging a foundation, my friend. This work shows you are searching for the strength that lives in your history and the parts of you that hold firm. You are tending to the roots of your life to ensure that what you build next stands on something real.
This process of preparing the ground is a way of honoring the core of your being. Although a sudden doubt about your stability might surface, that tension is not here to stay. You have already done the hard work of facing your own depths. Try to trust the stability you are creating by staying present with your progress. This dream of digging a foundation shows that your inner world is becoming a place of lasting security.

Kyle BrightInterpreter interprets your dreams
Worn out, on edge, stuck, lighter than usual. A dream nearly always starts with one of those, my friend, and the pictures come after. Whatever you saw at night is mostly what you were already feeling with the sound turned up. Which helps, because a feeling with a name is a lot easier to carry than one without. So find the feeling first. The rest tends to follow.
