Kyle BrightEating a rat feels like swallowing something bitter and wrong, my friend. This dream shows a feeling that you are absorbing a bitterness or a wrongness that does not belong to you.
You are taking in the very things that hurt your integrity, and this can feel like a heavy weight on your conscience. This feeling will not stay if you choose to look closely at what you are letting into your life. You have earned the right to be careful about what you consume. Try to notice when you are swallowing a lie just to get through a day. This dream of eating a rat points to a need to clear your system of what is false.
Eating rats in a plural sense intensifies the feeling of being overwhelmed by many small betrayals. It feels as if you are being nibbled away by constant, little dishonesties that never seem to stop.
Cooking rats in your dream suggests that you are attempting to manage or neutralize a threat that feels deeply dishonest. This effort to make something harmful palatable shows how much energy you are spending to live with a deceit that should have been rejected.

Kyle BrightInterpreter interprets your dreams
Worn out, on edge, stuck, lighter than usual. A dream nearly always starts with one of those, my friend, and the pictures come after. Whatever you saw at night is mostly what you were already feeling with the sound turned up. Which helps, because a feeling with a name is a lot easier to carry than one without. So find the feeling first. The rest tends to follow.
