Kyle BrightA feeling of being hemmed in by your own efforts is what painting a ceiling brings to you, my friend. You are putting so much energy into making your current situation feel safe and right that you are only making the walls of your world more visible. You are busy reinforcing the space that keeps you contained.
This work can feel heavy when you realize you are the one building the very thing that restricts your view. This weight will not stay with you forever as you find ways to look beyond what you have constructed. You have already earned the right to decide how much space you actually need. Try to notice when your efforts to feel secure start to feel like a cage. This dream of painting a ceiling is a sign that your protective layers are becoming part of your scenery.

Kyle BrightInterpreter interprets your dreams
Worn out, on edge, stuck, lighter than usual. A dream nearly always starts with one of those, my friend, and the pictures come after. Whatever you saw at night is mostly what you were already feeling with the sound turned up. Which helps, because a feeling with a name is a lot easier to carry than one without. So find the feeling first. The rest tends to follow.
