Kyle BrightYou feel exposed and on edge in this dream of being caught on the toilet. This sense of vulnerability comes from a need to release old burdens or debts that no longer serve you, yet the fear of being noticed stops you from finishing that work.
This feeling of being watched might feel heavy, but the tension of a secret will not stay this way forever. You have already done the hard work of facing what needs to go, so try to let go of the shame of being seen. The toilet in your dream marks a moment where your private efforts to clear your life are meeting the light of day.
Being seen on the toilet in your dream adds a sharp layer of embarrassment to the feeling of exposure. This happens because the private act of clearing out your distress is suddenly made public, turning your personal healing into something others can judge.

Kyle BrightInterpreter interprets your dreams
Worn out, on edge, stuck, lighter than usual. A dream nearly always starts with one of those, my friend, and the pictures come after. Whatever you saw at night is mostly what you were already feeling with the sound turned up. Which helps, because a feeling with a name is a lot easier to carry than one without. So find the feeling first. The rest tends to follow.
