Kyle BrightRelief comes to you when using the toilet, because you are finally casting out the heavy things you have been carrying. This dream shows that you are finding a way to discharge the heavy things you have been carrying inside.
The process of releasing these burdens is your own work, and you are doing it to make room for something lighter. Try to notice when you are able to let go of old stresses in your waking life. This dream of using the toilet marks the moment where your inner self begins to clear out the old to make way for the new.
A feeling of shame often enters when you are sitting on a toilet in public or using a toilet in public, because your most private needs feel exposed to the world. This vulnerability feels like a massive load to carry, but it is not a permanent state of being.
The ease you find while pooping on the toilet or defecating in the toilet shows that you are successfully shedding the parts of your life that have run their course. This ease is something you have earned through your own willingness to face what is spent.
When you are urinating in the toilet, you are emptying the tension that has been building up inside you.
Using a dirty toilet or going in a dirty toilet feels unpleasant, because it suggests you are trying to move on while still being stuck in a messy situation.
My friend, the fear of being caught on the toilet reveals a truth that is starting to come to light. This exposure can feel like a struggle, but it is simply the process of an unacknowledged part of yourself finally being seen.

Kyle BrightInterpreter interprets your dreams
Worn out, on edge, stuck, lighter than usual. A dream nearly always starts with one of those, my friend, and the pictures come after. Whatever you saw at night is mostly what you were already feeling with the sound turned up. Which helps, because a feeling with a name is a lot easier to carry than one without. So find the feeling first. The rest tends to follow.
